We honor Saint Patrick and the coming of Christianity to Ireland this coming Sunday. We also celebrate the tradition of feasting and, well, drinking (in copious amounts, says wikipedia) as the Irish do. With the fun weekend ahead, we did some early celebrating of our own. I told Addison we'd do something silly and make breakfast for dinner. On top of that, it's going to be green - hooray! Everything is more fun with a little drop of color, no? She couldn't have been more happy to assist in the making of the green food and impressively at it all, as well. Easy does it - just a few drops of green food coloring to the pancake mix and a few drops mixed in with 2 eggs pre-scrambling. I suppose I could have been a bit more consistent and made a shamrock shaped pancake. What you see is what you get, folks! Top of the evenin' to ya!
